The aim of discussions is to familiarize participants with the basic principles and legal framework for the use of mediation in Serbia, and the role of lawyers in mediation and influence mediation in the practice of law. The discussion will cover, among other things, the following topics: concept and basic principles of mediation, legal framework for the use of mediation (intervention) in Serbia, relationship mediation and judicial proceedings, the role of mediators and relationship of advocacy and mediation.
