May 2018. year, starting at 4pm in Subotica<\/strong>, the premises branch Subotica, the. freedom Square 2.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Training organized in cooperation with the Academy Bar Association of Serbia and OSCE Mission in Serbia, and the goal is to familiarize participants with the rules of procedure before the European Court of Human Rights and the ways to protect one of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms \u2013 right to fair trial, where the emphasis will be on protecting the rights in criminal matters. herewith, the word is and how to use the database of the European Court of Human Rights and where it is possible to find references useful for representation before this Court.<\/p>\n<p>Teachers will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jugoslav Tintor, attorney in and head of the Bar Association of Belgrade;<\/li>\n<li>Aleksandar Popovic, LL.M.;<\/li>\n<li>Zarko Markovic, Legal Advisor in the OSCE Mission to Serbia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please log in to arrival 03.
