Bar Exam<\/h1>\n

Acceptance of the application for taking the bar exam, pursuant to Article 6. Ordinance on the bar examination, shall be submitted by the 15th of the current month for the following month in which the candidate intends to take an exam.<\/p>\n

The request for examination shall be filed with the documents referred to in Article 6. Ordinance on the bar examination.<\/p>\n

The amount of compensation, at the discretion of the Board of the Bar Association of Serbia, is:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • First exam 15.600,00 dinars;<\/li>\n
  • for later examination 5.200,00 dinars, for candidates who take one item;<\/li>\n
  • for later examination 15.800,00 dinars, for candidates who pass the entire exam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The fee is paid on current account\u00a0The Bar Association<\/strong>\u00a0number\u00a0340-1482-43, purpose of payment: fee for taking the bar exam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    An administrative fee to the requirements for taking the bar exam is\u00a0250,00<\/strong>\u00a0dinars and paid on the current account of the republic stamp number:\u00a0840-742221843-57<\/strong>\u00a0(reference number is the code of the municipality in which the payment is made, eg. in Novi Sad code is\u00a011-223<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

    Taking the bar exam is conducted in the premises of the Bar Association, Novi Sad, Zmaj Jovina 20 \/ I.<\/p>\n
