The Bar Association of Vojvodina, Academy of the Bar Association of Serbia and the OSCE Mission to Serbia invite you to trainings on “Representation before the European Court of Human Rights: the right to liberty and security of person and prohibition of abuse”, which will be held on Monday, 23. April 2018, starting at 16 hours, in Sremska Mitrovica, the premises branch Sremska Mitrovica, St. Demetrius 19.

The goal of the training is to familiarize participants with the rules of procedure before the European Court of Human Rights and the ways to protect the fundamental rights guaranteed by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms: the right to liberty and security of person and the prohibition of torture and other forms of abuse, where the emphasis will be on the protection of these rights in the context of criminal proceedings and police work. herewith, the word is and how to use the database of the European Court of Human Rights and where it is possible to find references useful for representation before this Court.
