Training organized in cooperation with the Academy Bar Association of Serbia and OSCE Mission in Serbia, and the goal is to familiarize participants with the rules of procedure before the European Court of Human Rights and the ways to protect one of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms – the right to a fair trial, where the emphasis will be on protecting the rights in criminal matters. herewith, the word is and how to use the database of the European Court of Human Rights and where it is possible to find references useful for representation before this Court.
